Delivery Services

Delivery:

• Delivery will be made to the address specified by you.
  
  
• Delivery times will be agreed with you during the order-confirmation process.
  
  
• The products ordered will be delivered to the main entrance or ground floor of the specified address.  Our staff may carry your products to the upper levels of apartment floors or into your home if requested by you.  However, our staff have the rights to only deliver to the main entrance (ground floor) in any cases. 
  
  
• Please note that we deliver goods only to specified townships within Yangon. 
  
  
• We will deliver within 48 hours to downtown areas and for other townships; estimated delivery time would be 168 hours.
  
  
• All goods must be signed for by an individual aged 18 years or over. If there is no one able to receive the ordered products, or if the specified delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, an additional delivery charge may be incurred for delivering the products at another time.
  
  
• We will try our best to deliver the products at the agreed time and date, however, we will not be liable if we fail to deliver the products at such time due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, traffic etc…).
  
  
• For Cash on Delivery payments, please make payments only in Myanmar Kyats (MMK) to our staff at the time of delivery.
  
  
• Please note that: We will only deliver to the Express Bus Station specified by you for your order and you will be charged for the delivery fees by the Express Bus.  All orders will be packaged and delivered in a safe manner to the specified Bus Station.  We will not be liable for any damages to the ordered products incurred by the Express Bus during delivery.
  
  
• All orders must be fully pre-paid before the delivery of the products to other parts of Myanmar.
