This Service is only available in certain areas. SGH reserves the right not to provide the Service to any customers residing outside the area of Service.

Only people at the age of 18 and over who consent to the Terms and Conditions and Online Purchase Conditions, who give approval for their data to be processed and who duly register can use the Service. Users/Customers are required to keep any passwords that are created during the registration process secret and not disclose to anyone else. You bear full liability for all actions taken from your account. 21Zay will not be responsible for any damage that is incurred as a result of your password being disclosed or misused by a third party.

The prices of goods given on the website are only approximate. 21Zay will offer you a fixed price of goods during the order confirmation phone call and in the receipt/sale and purchase document upon the time the goods so ordered are delivered to you at the place of delivery you have given to 21Zay. A contract between you and 21Zay is only concluded once you agree to accept the goods and the fixed price offered by 21Zay. The availability of the goods depends on 21Zay's stock and 21Zay does not guarantee the availability of goods displayed on the website. 21Zay may offer you a substitute or replacement product which you may accept or reject during the order-confirmation process.

The contents of this Website are the sole property of 21Zay and may not be copied, reproduced or used for any commercial purposes without the consent of 21Zay. You may not use the 21Zay trademark or any other trademarks of 21Zay without the consent of 21Zay.

21Zay reserves the rights to cancel or suspend any user accounts at the Website immediately upon discovery of any breach to the stated terms and conditions or fraudulent/unlawful activity connected with the suspected user accounts.

21Zay may use your personal information for opinion and market research. Your details are anonymous and will only be used for statistical purposes. You can choose to opt out of this at any time. Any answers to surveys or opinion polls we may ask you to complete will not be forwarded on to third parties. Disclosing your email address is only necessary if you would like to take part in competitions. We save the answers to our surveys separately from your email address.

We may also send you other information about us, the Site, our other websites, our products, sales promotions, our newsletters, anything relating to other companies in our group or our business partners.
